Can size or product change be made?
You have 14 calendar days to make any changes, for a new size or for another product of your choice at no additional cost.
Do you accept refund of the purchase amount?
You will be able to withdraw your purchase up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. The amount can be refunded by gift card, or by the payment method you chose when making the purchase.
What to do if my order is delayed?
Occasionally, deliveries can suffer unexpected delays, especially in sales for transportation reasons, stock replenishment, or other causes beyond our control.
